We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please email us at cowgirlsummerhq@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send instructions for sending your item back to Hot Cowgirl Haus. Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at cowgirlsummerhq@gmail.com so we can make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of many of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom embroidery
  • Personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Limited drops / marked final sale items

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges
Need a different size? We totally get it. The quickest way to secure your preferred item is to place a new order and send back the original item once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at cowgirlsummerhq@gmail.com.
